Aegis Vopack Terminals IPO: The IPO of Rs 2800 crore of Aegis Vopack Terminals Limited is going to open on May 26. Earlier, the company has raised Rs 1,260 crore from anchor investors. The company operates storage terminals for liquided petroleum gas on and operates. The company said in the exchange filing that it has finalized the allocation of 5.36 crore equity shares for anchor investors at a price of Rs 235 per share.

The anchor book was attended by global investors like Smallcap World Fund, American Funds, Aberdeen, Government Pension Fund Global, Nomura Trust, Toku Europe and Goldman Sachs. Apart from this, domestic institutional investors such as HDFC Mutual Fund, 360 One Special Opportunities Fund, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, Bandhan Mutual Fund, SBI General Insurance Company, Baroda BNP Pariba MF and ITI Mutual Fund also invested in the company.

Aegis Vopack Terminals said, “Anchor investors were allotted to 6 domestic mutual funds investing 1.58 crore out of a total of 5.36 crore equity shares to anchor investors.”

Price band and listing

AEGIS Vopack Terminals IPO will have 11.91 crore new shares. The price band of the IPO is Rs 223-235 per share and the lot size is 63. The issue of the issue will be on May 28. Allotment will be finalized by 29 May. After this, the company’s shares can be listed on BSE, NSE on June 2. ICICI Securities Limited for IPO, BNP Pariba, IIFL Securities Limited, Jeffers India Private Limited, HDFC Bank, Book Running Lead Manager.
